¿HOW ‘LIVE OUT PAIR’ BEGAN?

 Hello, my name is Daisy Singleton and this is how I became involved with Live Out Pair Valencia!

I currently work as HR manager for the company, and I’ve been in this role since Cristina star the    business in 2015. Cristina is the manager.

I am from Lancashire in England, and following my university degree I decided to be an au pair in   Spain for a year. I ended up au pairing for Cristina’s children in Valencia .

 A few months into my experience, Cristina asked me why I decided on their family, and I explained the flat was the main initial attraction. A few days later she came to me with the idea for Live Out Pair Valencia: we could offer a service where we provided accommodation for the au pairs, so they would have an experience like I was having. Cristina’s ‘day job’ is as a lawyer so she set to work making her idea become a reality.

Cristina then offered me the position of HR manager. In this role, I translate the families profiles from Spanish to English (as a lot of our applicants don’t speak Spanish – and that’s absolutely fine!), and I conduct the Skype interviews with the au pair applicants

And so was born “LIVE OUT PAIR” for families with limited room, and girls who would like to be an Au Pair but would also like their own independence during free time!
